Grab & Go Movers (“we”, “us”) is a moving company based in Toronto, Ontario. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and when you contact us to ask for a quote. Questions: [email protected]. 2. What we collect

• Quote form: your name and at least one of a phone number or email so we can reach you, plus — if you choose to add them — where you are moving from and to, your move date, move size, the service you want and any details you add.
• When you call, WhatsApp or email us: the details you choose to share.
• Technical information: our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the site securely and block abuse. Our quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a request comes from a person, not a bot; it runs only when you start filling in the form (verify Turnstile’s current data practices and cookie use against Cloudflare’s documentation before publishing).
• Special-offers pop-up: once you have seen our special-offers pop-up, your browser may keep a small note on your own device so we do not show it again. It is not sent to us and does not identify you.
• What we do not collect: this website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not keep your quote request in a database.

3. How we use it

To reply to your request, prepare your quote, plan and carry out your move, and keep the records we are required to keep by law. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing list.

4. Consent

By sending a quote request or contacting us, you agree that we may use your information for these purposes. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us, although we may then be unable to complete your quote or move.

5. Who we share it with

Only as needed to serve you: our website and hosting provider (Cloudflare), our email provider (confirm which, e.g. Google or Microsoft), and, if you choose to message us there, WhatsApp (Meta), whose own privacy policy applies. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Where it is kept

The quote form sends your request to our business email inbox; the website itself stores nothing. Our service providers may process information outside Canada (for example in the United States), where it may be accessible under the laws of that country (confirm providers).

7. How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for your quote or move and for our legal and accounting records (confirm retention period, e.g. 2 years after the last contact), then it is deleted.

8. How we protect it

The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to quote emails is limited to the people who handle your move.

9. Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal requirements. Contact us at [email protected]; we respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
